For several years we've been offering a low cost web-based site builder and CMS for small businesses so they can manage their websites online with no programming knowledge. We've been using a custom built classic ASP back end for a long time and it's in serious need of an upgrade to .Net. Before we go ahead with building a new system I wanted to know if there was an off-the-shelf solution on the market that we could rebrand. The solution needs to be able to handle multiple users, multiple sites, offer template editing, widgets, newsletters, e-commerce, the works. Think Wix or 1&1 site builder but better and outputting good, semantic HTML in responsive designs and preferably run on a Windows server.
