how are you accessing localhost
do you Start it as well as install it,
c:\filename
localhost:/filename
file:///filename
127.0.0.1:8080/filename
are you clicking on the file
accessing it through the browser
is the file placed in the (w/l)amp install's html_root
Define: Urgent; instruction -> drink coffee
