Out of curiousity, if any of you have ever done image watermarking with PHP, I'd love to hear some ideas. PHP's official documentation on watermarking with alpha channels isn't bad but I'm curious about the existence of other libraries that some of you might have used.

Jump to PostPersonally we use the CodeIgniter PHP framework, and CI has its own watermarking library. Outside of that, just stick to GD I say.

The GD functions are pretty simple and flexible - I can't see what extras you'd want from a lib. Were you looking for something specific?

Hmmm, when I said library, I might have had other image manipulations alongside watermarking like resizing and cropping at the back of my mind.
Note to self: Think your next question all the way through.
