Suddenly (after no known changes to the page) i see it failing to load in a couple browsers, both of them ones that previously loaded it w/o problems!

**Problematic browsers:**   ||  **No problems:**
Chrome Canary 41 on a PC    || IE 10 on same PC
Stock browser on an Androd  || Maxthon browser on same Android
                            || Chrome 39 on a different PC
                            || Safari on an iPhone 
                            || Safari on an iPad
                            || Chrome [v.??] on iPad

Thank you kindly in advance for any thoughts, ideas, hints~~

Opera shows this in the console, but appears to work fine:

indexoc.asp:677 Uncaught TypeError: undefined is not a function
VM68:8 Uncaught TypeError: undefined is not a function
jquery.min.js:18 'webkitRequestAnimationFrame' is vendor-specific. Please use the standard 'requestAnimationFrame' instead.
