how to inserting files on mysql using LARAVEL

I tried your example in "how to inserting files on mysql using LARAVEL" article. When i choose the .docx file for file upload, i get an error "CLI has stopped working". Kindly help to resolve this issue.
Code is exactly the same as the one in your article.
Laravel version : 5.2.39

Follow sunny kashyap suggestion and use Illuminate\Http\Request, check the documentation https://laravel.com/docs/5.2/requests#files
