What is one library you just refuse to give up?

For me, it's jQuery, of course. It just works and I don't think it's as much of a performance hit as everyone seems to think. Google Analytics 4 comes in a close second, because, well, it's GA4. Need I say more?

I don't use jQuery in new projects: DOM API has all equivalent functions.

They do, but I've just became accustomed to manipulating the DOM with jQuery and working with their event handler.

MSFlexGrid is my favorite VB6 control. Even with newer options, it is still lightweight, fast, and perfect for quick data displays. This is old-school, but it gets the job done reliably without the overhead of modern, bloated UI components.

Okay, so this is crazy, but I just stumbled upon this thread and noticed I wrote that I refuse to give up GA4. For those of you who don’t know, I have a lot of really severe brain fog these days. I think mid-post I switched it up in my brain because GA4 is one of the things I use regularly that I would most readily give up.

I don't like to use frameworks in my projects. But some libraries are very useful like Cropper.js, Charts.js and Fabric.js
I use to work with jQuery but I now can write JS, so I don't use it anymore.
I would like to learn bootstrap. I think it's very useful for people who want to build websites faster.

Either Bootstrap, or some other CSS grid framework. Tailwind, Foundation, Skeleton, etc. There's quite a number of popular ones these days.
