i have gotten upto guru techie in about 4 months what is next. the most number of posts without being a mod is slade and he has about 618 and is still a guru techie do you advance after 650 or so.

There's really not a way to "advance" past Guru Techie. The way you become a mod is to be promoted by Dani. Either that, or if you pay to advertise on the site, you get made a colleague.
