Mine has to be 2001 Space Odyssey - monkey-boy smashing skull, free-fall stewardess, "I'm sorry, Dave. I'm afraid I can't do that.", "my god it is full of stars" sigh. I must have seen it 200 times at least 50 high on acid and most of the others high on pot - I do not really remember much of the 1970s

It's gotta be Unforgiven by Clint Eastwood that movie shows you what properly motivated individual can accomplish no matter what the odds. Reflects on my life fairly accurately, I happen to be disabled.

Yeah I watched it but I'm a scientist so I could stop screaming how completely and utterly wrong it was all the way through.


On the other hand "eXisteZ" by David Cronenberg is awesome, really creepy.

"The Life of Brian" (Monty Python) is one of the funniest movies ever.

"Cube" is also quite scary, in the could it actully happen? sense.

"The Trotsky" is also up there for me, very funny.

"Bon Cop, Bad Cop" is great as well but only appropriate for Canadians.
