I need "flutter" tag

Would flutter be meaningful enough, and used enough to be worth adding as a tag? Other than in refference to butterflies and small birds I have no idea of its significance.

Would flutter be meaningful enough, and used enough to be worth adding as a tag?
My criteria is that the tag represents a specific, well-known technology and there are, to start, at least 5-10 existing topics that would directly benefit from the tag and to seed the tag with. It fulfilled that criteria.
