Hi, My names Ian (monty1972).

I am doing a short intro course at my local tech, to refresh my memory on pc support.

I used to work as a test/IT technician for Apricot Computers. I havent been near a computer for about 11 years, I have no qualifications, So I am going to do a HNC in hardware support. while the job market is sooooo crap at the mo.
