Well........they finally let me in.!!! It wasn't easy...but I think it will be worth it. OK...now I need a little help from one of you wizards out there. I am running WinXP on a Sony laptop and I get a frequent (once a day usually) FROZEN KEYBOARD and ARROW and have to shut the computer down and turn it back on...then it works OK. I have AVG anti virus which runs itself everytime I go off of standby I think. Any suggestions on this annoyance? Thanks in advance.........donbunker
