Now I know what the poor folks feel in Iran, when they are forced to listen to their Mullahs.
...

Just think about the poor folks in the White House staff that have to listen to the religious gibberish of their leader all the time.

he may be perfectly happy where he is.

I am with you there, AD. Better be there in a hut, master of his domain, than in American with haft-brother trying to steal his money in many form of socialist taxed programs.

While I read those links, pick apart how Palin been able to see Russia from Alaska makes
her knowledgeable on foreign policy.

Are we back to Palin v Obama?

Of course we are - McCain is not going to live 4 more years; cancer, aneurysm, heart attack, something like that is going to bring him down. McCain picked her because she was the best person in the country to be one heartbeat away from the presidency.

Oh you should have listened to the whole thing! He made a lot of sense (to me) -- if the news media wants to dig up the dirt on Sara Palin's daughter and post it all over the net then that opens the can of worms to dig up the dirt about anyone, political or not. I liked the premise of his speech.

He is right about HO's mother -- she was white trash. But we can't blame HO for the sins of his parents.

He made a lot of sense to you? Who is HO? If this is your creepy way of saying Barrack Obama then what makes his mother white trash - is that more creepy stuff? Like maybe racist - married a black man equals white trash?

No one was digging up dirt on Sara Palin's daughter - Palin announced her daughter's out of wedlock pregnancy out of the blue. If it was Obama's daughter, it would have been a major news talking point but since it is the daughter of a white woman who believes in abstinence-only education it is out of bounds.

Please AD - explain your position on that tape.

Things that don't make sense from the debate:
McCain bluntly announced that the war in Iraq is won. In the same breath he chastises Obama for wanting to pull out the troops over a 16 months period. The war is won the troops come home, isn't this the normal way?

Actually, no. There is a drawdown. The Patraeus timeline shows exactly that, too, BTW. Ya know, one of these days we may actually bring the troops home from Germany, Japan, South Korea, and elsewhere.

(Despite the grants of general sovereignty to both German states in 1955, full and unrestricted sovereignty under international law was not enjoyed by any German government until after the reunification of Germany in October 1990.)

Okay, then what is Obama's foreign policy experience?

Okay, then what is McCain's foreign policy experience?

For some reason, I don't think it matters to you what I may produce; you will dismiss it all the same. So I'll just cut my losses.

._._.
Sarah Palin: Bad for America, bad for wildlife, bad for your 401K.

Come on, show some respect to this wonderful person! She is Governor of the largest state in the USA! She knows more about finance and energy then the entire congress combined. Best of all, she is one heck of a maverick and has quite a bit of energy herself.

Sarah Palin is a great Christian. She created an official Christian Heritage Week in the state of Alaska. God wants her to be the future US president.

COURIC: And when it comes to establishing, I was curious, what newspapers and magazines did you regularly read before you were tapped for this to stay informed and understand the world?

PALIN: I’ve read most of them, again with a great appreciation for the press, for the media.

COURIC: Like what ones specifically?

PALIN: Umm… all of them. Any of them that have been in front of me over all these years.

COURIC: Can you name any of them?

PALIN: I have a vast variety of sources where we get our news… Alaska isn’t a foreign country where it’s kind of suggested it seems like, wow how could you keep in touch with what the rest of Washington, DC may be thinking and doing, when you live up there in Alaska. Believe me, Alaska is like a microcosm of America.

Sorry, Dave, nice try for spin but I don't buy it. If this had been the first blank stare, it could be - but about 20th time she does the 'deer in headlights' thing, you just gotta go with it.

Have you noticed they generally come with the pointed shots where her positions have differed with the top of the ticket (after coaching)?

It will be an interesting vice debate. I think God is on Sarah Palin's side, since Biden is not totally against abortion.

I hope that Miss Palin will win the debate!
