hi there, I've been developeing a user management program, that allows you to do a bunch of things, and made an internet site for it, and now I'm trying to figure out a way to drive more traffic to my internet site, to get people to check out the program.

Spamming forums with your website address is NOT the way to get users.
It's a perfect way however to get a lot of people annoyed at you.
