I want to start a software/IT firm (very very small initially) and i want to register this as a company. Initially I will be the only person in the company (once it gets registered). Later down the line, I can expand it. At present I donot have much budget for employees. I want to be the director of this company & start it and want to be registered as Director and obtain DIN & DSC. This will be a home based company. Please also let me know what will be the approx cost involved in this till end.

can any one have an idea, to which organization i have to contact for all these and not expensive.
