I have created a few poems with some of my fellow classmates and i wanted to share with you guys. Can you please feedback to me whether the poem is good or bad because there is a poetry performance soon and my group is planning to take part. Thanks

First poem

A friend is a treasure,
I am absolutely sure.
They like to love and care,
and I bet theyʼll always share.
Theyʼre always here to guide,
and always by your side.

So when youʼre feeling down,
theyʼll never make you frown.
A friend is a precious thing
and they will never sting.
But when they are in need,
you must be there indeed.

Even though youʼve fought,
Iʼm sure they helped a lot
So itʼs time we repay them,
By giving a dear gem.
Friends are forever,
Theyʼll be with you whenever.

nice, I would suggest you compile them in a book or a blog. You won't know when they will come in handy

With Crossfire and a sandy-bridge,
my computer goes wizz.

It is as though you have an eye
That sees all forms
But does not see itself.
This is how your mind is.
Its light penetrates everywhere
And engulfs everything,
So why does it not know itself?
