I am currently preparing for the NEET exam and trying to build a consistent study routine. Since the syllabus for Physics, Chemistry, and Biology is quite large, it sometimes becomes difficult to balance concept learning, revision, and solving practice questions.

Many students recommend focusing mainly on NCERT books, while others suggest using additional reference materials and solving more practice problems.

I would like to know from experienced students or mentors:

How should daily study time be divided between learning concepts, revision, and practice questions?

How frequently should NEET aspirants take mock tests during preparation?

What strategies help improve speed and accuracy in mock tests?

Is it better to complete the syllabus first and then focus on tests?

Any practical guidance would be helpful for aspirants preparing for NEET.
