Hi,
I completd my Engineering degree in 2001 and I got married after that. I started going to IT job in 2005 only and I am now continuing with the same company. Now I want a career change.There is a lull period from 2001 to 2005. Will it affect me from getting hired by Top MNC IT companies?

Well, depend on how capable of you, what is assign to you by previous company and most important will be the 'Top MNC IT Company' need someone?
I mean did qualification meet their requirement?
You will probabily undergo some test by those company(very popular nowaday) to see your level of understanding.
