People are going nuts about the mac pro and well i have never even considered using one but maybe they are good, Are they?! im pretty sure they cost more are they worth it?

It all depends on what you're going to use it for. If you're a heavy gamer, you'll save yourself a bit of money by buying a PC (because you don't have to go out and buy yourself a copy of Windows), plus it'll be a waste of money if you never use Mac OS X.
The Mac Pro was squarely aimed at professionals who need lots of multitasking and high quality -- so in return for the high price, you get a quiet computer that's completely configurable, and can run anywhere from 4 to 8 cores running up to 3 Ghz.
If you aren't going to multitask lots, you're wasting a lot of potential computing power, and perhaps a Mac Pro isn't right for you.
