I have seen some threads in this site for registering software company in india.
I have less than 10 employees working at home. I have a plan to register my company in local register office in my town. Will I show any security deposits?
But I need to secure my company name and it has logo also. Will I take Trademark? If yes tell me how much fee for it and any trusted mediaters for registering my trademark?
