can we use classified website for the purpose of increasing a website's rank???

Definitely, once your classified posting is informative for user then your site visibility will be improved in turn your Site PR will also be improved along.

Yes classified posting is use for this purpose as well you can get the keyword ranking in search engine as well.

Yes you can use classfied site to get traffic on your site or for back link purpose. Try to post your ads. in relevant category with attractive title.

I don't think so. Classified will help you to generate business for your website and it will promote your business but you can't improve website ranking through it.
