That's an interesting word choice.

Affective is usually used in the field of psychology and addresses emotions and feelings. Effective is common in everyday language to describe something that produces a desired result.

Can you explain how emotions and feelings can change SEO ratings and rank?

Well, it seems like you missed the correct spelling. And the question must be "what are the most effective techniques of SEO?"
The most effective techniques of SEO are:

  1. Link building
  2. Content optimization
  3. Page loading speed

Can you explain how emotions and feelings can change SEO ratings and rank?

I feel like this isn't a serious question, and you meant to just make fun of the OP for poor grammar + not being a native English speaker. Regardless, I'll answer your question anyways.

Google is able to understand context. That means that if someone should, as the result of a Google search, end up browsing a piece of content on a page which evokes positive emotions in its readers, they may be more likely to share it on their social media, spend a longer time reading it, engage with the page more by clicking links on that page to further explore the site, etc. Google can interpret these signals and reward the webpage. If a piece of content evokes negative emotions in its readers, they may be quick to hit the back button to return to the search results, refine their search query, etc. In such cases, Google interprets those signals as well.

As all SEOs know, we only have a few seconds to catch an end-user's attention when they land on our webpage. From an SEO perspective, it's our goal to give them as positive an experience as possible as quickly as possible. That means not to cause a frustrating experience with a slow-loading page, confusing navigation, or even just not giving the end-user the precise answer to their search query as swiftly and efficiently as possible. What got me interested in SEO two decades ago, initially, was the psychology of user behavior that drives the entire thing. I find it so fascinating how small technical changes such as a logo color, or the position of a button moving by just a few pixels, influence emotion in people on the other side of the world so much that they can affect a business' bottom line.

Dani, I can't tell if OP made a mistake or not. There could be reasons to think about how your site is affective verses effective. Even you wrote further about the psychology of color.

My reply was in earnest. They asked about affective, not effective.
