I'm making a website with a header above all the content, a box for main info and a sidebar floating to the right, and then I have a footer that goes underneath the main content and the sidebar both.

Now if the main content is taller than the sidebar, there's just a gap of background space between the sidebar and the footer. Is there anyway I can make the sidebar "box" extend to the footer at all times?

I've had that problem too. Frankly, I think tables are still a lot more reliable.
