I want to make a scrolling photo gallery (something like this http://www.bourakis.com.au/gallery-contemporary.htm# ) which i can uppdate easaly thrue a database, anyone who can give me a helping hand?

Hmmm. What programming languages do you know?
There are many programs out there that does this stuff without any programming knowledge. Google web scroller or web gallery scroller.
Otherwise, if anyone is going to do coding here, it's required that you yourself know something in the subject at hand. One of the forum rules is that folks don't give away code.
