Please help how can i fixed my page if i am going to resize my window,my element and my image will not be destroy that it will be remain in the position when i scroll the horizontal bar.please help me

Use percentages instead of pixels.

You should research more on the forum instead of post a new tread here. I saw this similar question every week. The proper way is set a fixed width to the wrapper.
