I am trying to find the right code that will allow a user to make a choice by clicking a radio button (which is already in place), then clicking the submit button and have it send their choice to me via email. Right now, when they click submit, the email screen pops up.

I'm very new to forms and any help would be appreciated.

your going to need to do this with PHP, ASP, JSP, OR CFM

you can't do this with html/css/javascript
