I am trying to use parallax scrolling for my website. So far, every tutorial I found for parallax scrolling only works with bacground images, which my site does not have. http://www.boneiolam.org/ns/index2.php is the url to my site. If you scroll down to the section with the news (light blue background), you can see that there is parallax scrolling. I want the content of that section to also stay fixed in place, and not scroll, so that the black background of the section nderneath scroll son top of it. How do I do that?
