Hi, i'm not sure if you can help, but i have a problem with my ANY_WAY PHOTO, all in one printer.
When i switch it on the paper jam/out of paper light flashes, and when trying to print something new it tells me to close the cover, which it already is.
It's as if i need to "reset" the printer to wip out an existing job?
It was bought "AS NEW" from Amazon and the person who sold it is denying any problem existed.
ANy ideas???
