I have the RAQ-DEL2 keyboard and mouse that goes with it. My problem is that the keyboard becomes unoperableif I shut down or do not use my laptop for any sort of extended time. The only way I can use it again is to go into my Bluetooth device settings, (Devices & Printers / Windows 7) and uninstall and then reinstall and pair it to my laptop.
I have tried everything to fix this problematic device. I am trying to find the "FIRMWARE" that is suppose to be published for this type of problem. It's suppose to be an update of sorts for each device that encounters such problems as this. I don't know if Dell or Bluetooth is suppose to provide the link or neccessary info.
I have not been able to find this keyboard at the official Bluetooth.com website. Can anyone find this keyboard and mouse as a device that is recognized by Bluetooth? Or any information pertaining to updating or resolving this problem?
