Just installed photoshop cs2 all nicely installed, worked fine.. i rebot and came up with windows starting up.. i waited and its still like that.. Then i rebot windows from cd and started all over again.. and still came up with it. Im using windows home ed. Anyone know what i can do?

Try to reboot into safe mode ( Pressing F8 repeatedly durring startup). Then, If you get to windows, shut down correctly and restart again. If not, put this drive in an external case and hook it up to another computer, save your data and reload.
