Everytime I open my firefox browser additional tabs keep popping up. Not just one or two, but 20. when I try to close the tabs more keep popping up. I have to close the entire browser in order to stop it. Each tab is directed to the firefox help and support site.

I also have the same issues with internet explorer. Everytime I open a browser, Windows Help and Support window keeps popping up. When I close the window it just keeps popping up. When I use the task manager to close the process, it gives me an additional 10 seconds before the window pops up.

I thoroughly checked the F1 key...it's not stuck. I don't know what to do...Please Help!!! I have included the hijackthis log, Kapersky's online scan, malwarebytes log, and the unistall log. The Dekard's system scanner seems to be down so I cannot provide that log.

So does this mean, there are no solutions out there?

Sorry, we're a bit short handed these days.

Uninstall IObit Security 360 using Add/Remove. This company is not a very reputable company and it is not recommended.
After that do the following:

Update MBA-M
* If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
* Once the program has loaded, select Perform full scan, then click Scan.
* When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
* Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
* When MBA-M finishes, Notepad will open with the log. Please save it where you can find it easily. The log can also be opened by going to Start > All Programs > Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware > Logs > log-date.txt.

Reboot the computer

Then run a NEW HiJackThis scan and save the log. Post back here with both the MBA-M log and the HJT log.

Thanks for examining my logs...I appreciate the help. I am also trying to learning how to analyze these logs...do you have any suggestions on where I can start the learning process?

I really don't see anything in the logs. Are you still getting the Firefox tabs opening?

I really don't see anything in the logs. Are you still getting the Firefox tabs opening?

Actually I think that worked...which is wierd because I was having those issues before I installed IObit Security. I also restarted my computer while holding down the F1 key. I really didn't think that would do anything, but whatever it was I am not having those issues any longer. Thanks for your help.

You're welcome.
