hi im an autocad student in colledge and use my old laptop to do schoolwork at home.
this is the problem. when i start my computer it shows the dell screen and loading bar then goes to the screen where you choose to go into windows safe mode or start normally, then it goes to the windows splash screen with loading bar at the bottem. after a few seconds it goes back to the dell screen that first shows when i turned my computer on.
this is a continueous loop.
ive ran a pre boot test and everything passed. ive also tried to run in safe mode and debug mode but nothing will deter it from the above cycle mentioned.
please help.
