HiJackThis isn't a removal tool and certain will not remove a Rogue Security program since these type programs show nothing in a HJT log that would cause suspicion. You also ran it from a temp file which is not the way it should be run.
How do you KNOW this is what is on the computer? Give us full symptoms so we can give you the correct steps.

The key removal program for all of these Rogue Security programs is Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware but depending on the infection, it may need to be run AFTER running another tool.

Please post back with the exact symptoms you are experiencing and we can give you the correct steps.

The computer keeps giving me pop ups wanting me to download a Antivirus program called "Antivirus Scan" and it takes over my computer with security warnings. Hope this helps.

Thanks, exactly what I needed to know. First you need to do the following;
I see you are running in Safe Mode with Networking, perfect. Now this infection hanges your Windows settings to use a proxy server that will not allow you to browse any pages on the Internet with Internet Explorer or update security software. So in order to correct this you need to use Internet Explorer, and when the program is open, click on the Tools menu and then select Internet Options.
Now click on the Connections tab and then click on the Lan Settings button. Under the Proxy Server section, please uncheck the checkbox labeled Use a proxy server for your LAN. Then press the OK button to close this screen. Then press the OK button to close the Internet Options screen. Now that you have disabled the proxy server you will be able to browse the web again with Internet Explorer.

Now do the following as noted by these instructions from bleepingcomputer: You need to end the processes that belong to Antivirus Scan so that it does not interfere with the cleaning procedure. To do this, please download RKill to your desktop from the following link.

http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/anti-virus/rkill

(Download page will open in a new tab or browser window.)

When at the download page, click on the Download Now button labeled iExplore.exe download link. When you are prompted where to save it, please save it on your desktop. If you are unable to connect to the site to download RKill, please go back and do steps 3-6 again and make sure the infection has not reenabled the proxy settings. You may have to do this quite a few times before you can get RKill downloaded.
Once it is downloaded, double-click on the iExplore.exe icon in order to automatically attempt to stop any processes associated with Antivirus Scan and other Rogue programs. Please be patient while the program looks for various malware programs and ends them. When it has finished, the black window will automatically close and you can continue with the next step. If you get a message that RKill is an infection, do not be concerned. This message is just a fake warning given by Antivirus Scan when it terminates programs that may potentially remove it. If you run into these infections warnings that close RKill, a trick is to leave the warning on the screen and then run RKill again. By not closing the warning, this typically will allow you to bypass the malware trying to protect itself so that RKill can terminate Antivirus Scan . So, please try running RKill until the malware is no longer running. You will then be able to proceed with the rest of the guide. Do not reboot your computer after running RKill as the malware programs will start again.

If you continue having problems running RKill, you can download the other renamed versions of RKill from the RKill download page. Both of these files are renamed copies of RKill, which you can try instead. Please note that the download page will open in a new browser window or tab.

Now you should download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, or MBAM, from the following location and save it to your desktop:

Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware Download Link (Download page will open in a new window)

If you are unable to connect to the site to download Malwarebytes', please go back and do steps 3-6 again and make sure the infection has not reenabled the proxy settings.

Once downloaded, close all programs and Windows on your computer, including this one.

DoubleClick mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install MBA-M.
* Be sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
* If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version if one is available. There are always new updates to the definitions.
* Once the program has loaded, select Perform full scan, then choose the drive(s) then click Scan.
* When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
* Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected if malware is found.
* When MBA-M finishes, Notepad will open with the log. Please save it where you can find it easily. The log can be retrieved by opening up MBAM and clicking on the Logs Tab at the top of the program .

Reboot the computer this is VERY important.

Post back here with the MBA-M log.

The computer just shut down. All the screen is showing is a blinking line at the left top corner of the blank screen. It just keeps getting better....

0

Turn it off manually. Let it sit a few minutes and then try to restart safe mode with networking.

EDIT:
Since you obviously have another computer. You can download the rkill files and even the MBA-M install file to a flash drive and take it to the infected computer and install from the flash drive too.

A friend had a similar virus, and we removed it using R-kill and malwarebytes. Now he can not connect to the internet. I know there is a good connection as I was able to get Windows Updates after removal of the infection. When IE is opened it says there is a connection issue, and it diagnoses it to the fire wall. The only firewall on the Computer is Window's firewall, and disabling that does not fix the problems. Like I mentioned it is a friend's computer so I don't have a lot of info on it. I know he is running XP, and I updated to IE8. That is about all I can tell you. Any help is appreciated.

Hi jwharber.

First of all- welcome to Daniweb :).

We ask that members not piggy-back questions on to a thread previously started by another member here in the Viruses, Spyware & other Nasties forum, (regardless of how similar your problem might seem). Not only does it divert the focus of the thread away from the original poster's problem, but it also makes it less likely that you yourself will get the individual attention that you need.

Please start your own thread and post your question there. When you do, please try to give us as much specific info as possible regarding the problem (exact error messages, system specs, etc.).
