I DO NOT KNOW MUCH ABOUT PC AND THIS DANIWEB BUT I HAD THIS TROJAN FOR A LONG TIME AND I HAD TO SHARE HOW I FINELY GOT RID OF IT , I FOUND A SPYWARE ANTI VIRUSES FILE ONE DAY AND THOUGHT I GIVE IT A GO AND NOT ONLY WORKED IT ALLOW ME TO USE SPYBOT TO FINISH IT OFF AS IT HAD ALSO STOPPED ME FROM USING SPYBOT .
IT IS CALLED SUPERAntispyware Professional AND IT IS FREE
I THINK IT COULD SOLVE A LOT OF OTHER SPYWARE PROBLEMS AS WELL.

Good to see a follow‑up from and the nudge from — follow-ups turn one-off reports into useful fixes for others. A persistent, boot‑time trojan often behaves like a rootkit: it hides, reinstalls itself, or blocks scanners. That means a single scan from the running OS may not be enough. Practical, reliable steps are below for anyone who still sees repeated detections or blocked tools.

  • Disconnect the machine from the network to stop callbacks and payload updates.
  • Collect basic info: Windows version, exact AV alerts, filenames and paths shown by the scanner, and whether security tools are blocked.
  • Try Safe Mode and run an updated on‑demand scanner; if tools are blocked, use a small process‑terminator first and then re-scan.
  • Use a dedicated rootkit remover (for TDSS/boot‑time rootkits) and an offline rescue environment when removal fails from within Windows. See TDSSKiller (Kaspersky) and .
  • Inspect startup points with Sysinternals Autoruns and examine scheduled tasks, services, drivers and the hosts file before trusting a “clean” status: Autoruns.
  • If remediation is incomplete or the machine keeps re‑infecting, back up personal files (scan them separately) and plan for a full reinstall. Persistent boot‑level infections sometimes require a clean image.

When asking for help, include Autoruns or Farbar Recovery Scan Tool (FRST) logs and a clear list of tools you ran and their results; that saves time and prevents repeated suggestions (FRST info). Finally, download removal tools from official vendor pages, update signatures before scanning, change passwords after cleanup, and consider a reinstall if you cannot prove the system is fully clean.

Probably because your post back then gave no information except that you had the infection. You didn't come back and post again.
You had ONE post and this was it:

We are not to blame if you didn't return.
