Download CCleaner and install it. Do not run it now!

Make Windows to show all files:-
Go to Start > My Computer. Go to Tools menu, click Folder Options. Uncheck Hide protected operating system files. Then, click to select the option Show hidden files and folders. Click Apply and then click OK to exit.

Reboot in Safe Mode:-
Restart (or switch ON) the PC. Then, keep tapping the F8 Key. From the menu that will be displayed, out of which choose Safe Mode and press Enter.

Run HijackThis and click Do only a System scan.
Then put a check mark infront of below listed entries:-

O2 - BHO: web compressor - {23FB5ADD-DA37-4a40-9FC0-B0E2384CDE92} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\nsf1F.dll
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [HmjDyiW0] "C:\WINDOWS\system32\ehczrw312.exe"
O16 - DPF: {01113300-3E00-11D2-8470-0060089874ED} (Support.com Configuration Class) - http://www.activation.rr.com/install/download/tgctlcm.cab
O16 - DPF: {9522B3FB-7A2B-4646-8AF6-36E7F593073C} (cpbrkpie Control) - http://a19.g.akamai.net/7/19/7125/4056/ftp.coupons.com/r3302/cpbrkpie.cab
O18 - Filter: text/html - {F977ADDC-8F15-42CF-A4D0-16A59026826E} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\gngkop.dll

Close all other open programs except Hijackthis and click the button Fix Checked in HijackThis.

Exit from HijackThis. Delete this file:-

Run CCleaner, click "Options" button and here go to "Advanced" tab and uncheck the option "Only delete files in Windows Temp folder older than 48 hours". Click OK to exit from the Options. Finally click "Run Cleaner" and click "OK" to continue cleaning.

Reboot to Normal Mode. Perform an online virus scan at Kaspersky Online Scanner (Click the "Kaspersky Online Scanner" button). Save the log it gives after the scan.

Run HijackThis again, click Do a System scan and save log, and post the fresh log along with the Kaspersky log.

A quick update- before your response I tried few other rounds of cleanups
I used Counterspy software and it identfied about 50 malwares and remove it.
I've already cleaned O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [HmjDyiW0] "C:\WINDOWS\system32\ehczrw312.exe"

O18 - Filter: text/html - {F977ADDC-8F15-42CF-A4D0-16A59026826E} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\gngkop.dll

and deleted gngkop.dll from the directory as well - Even after all types of cleaning
Internet explorer still has those Linkmakers and pop up keep coming. Spy doctor showed ezula traces and Bigtrafficnetwork traces(in temp files)

I am planning to download ccleaner and follow your instructions..However a quick question - I think O16 - DPF: {01113300-3E00-11D2-8470-0060089874ED} (Support.com Configuration Class) - http://www.activation.rr.com/instal...oad/tgctlcm.cab
is part of my roadrunner install- should i really remove it you want me to add this to hijakthis's ignore list and send you the log ?

Thanks in advance

No need to remove this entry!

O16 - DPF: {01113300-3E00-11D2-8470-0060089874ED} (Support.com Configuration Class) - http://www.activation.rr.com/instal...oad/tgctlcm.cab

Please remove the other entries in Safe Mode.

And, after the reboot, download WinPFind.ZIP and completely extract it to a folder. Then run WinPFind.exe and click "Start Scan". When the scan completes, click "Copy to Clipboard" button to copy the log it gives, and please post it here along with a new HijackThis log.

Thank you !!

with yours and similar post here I cleaned it up all
I learned a few new things too..thank you
