hello, desktop .ini has taken control of some of my folders and files. also, turned on pc and it said it couldn't load neccasary files and went into a scan. it seemed fake but nothing ever happened.

I'd boot into safe mode and run a full scan of MalwareBytes on this system just to look for malware.

I ran malwarebytes, found one problem. But when I downloaded highjack this, system would not allow me to download to c:programs. Only to desktop, would not give me access to c: and when it scanned it stopped and said it couldn't access certain files.
