I hope u guys can help me once again.

P.S: i din't want to make a new thread cuz i am the same guy on the same puter =)
P.S2: I'd love to unistall all and every symantec software in my puter does anyone now how to get every single unistaller ? (add/remove control doesn't show any more softs)

I post now Just to let the "List Subscriptions tool" track this threat cuz some1 move it and it doesn't show as mine... and i have to search it every time i wanna check it instead of just using my "List Subscriptions" link.

I'm having a similar problem. I have a relatively new Dell XPS Gen 4 with an nVidia GeForce 6800 video card. My CPU usage is routinely between 50% and 70% with nothing really running (which really sux for a Gaming machine with 2Gigs of main memory). Windows was reporting the same thing with the "svchost.exe" process. I downloaded ProcessExplorer (http://www.sysinternals.com/Utilities/ProcessExplorer.html), a really neat (and free) tool that does a much better job of reporting detailed processes than Windows does. It showed that my CPU cycles were being utilized by Deferred Procedure Calls (DPCs), normally of which use less than 1% of your CPU. I searched a bunch of forums and it turns out the the nVidia drivers are the issue, either the version that came installed with my PC or even the latest version from nVidia. When I uninstalled all nVidia drivers, I let Windows install a generic video adapter driver voa plug & play. The problem then goes away. Both nVidia and Dell have no clue. I'm going to swap out my 6800 with an ATI card and see what happens. For more info, take a look at this post: http://forum.sysinternals.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=837&PN=1

Hope this helps.

As a computer tech, I've seen these maddening problems a lot lately, and am guessing that, as the poster noted above, more than likely this issue is related to software problems controlling the hardware you have installed. One possible solution; if you have a Lexmark printer, disabling the LexBce service at startup may fix your situation. It did with one of my customers.
