HELP,HELP,HELP

3 years ago i installed AVG anti-virus free version on my sistyers pc, i tried to uninstall it and install AVG7.5 anti-virus on the pc...... now it is giving me the following error msg.....
The instalation cannot be completed as some of the files flagged for deletion on the next restart needs to be used to install the program.....
restart does not help
i followed some advice (from www.lockergnome.com ) and went into the registry to manualy delete the files, i deleted all files that i could find from AVG but the one specified in the error msg i cannot

download ccleaner and run the issues section to see if it will pickup the file and remove it .
