IE 6.0 not working

Hi, I was having problems with my browser not accepting cookies.. so I downloaded IE 7.0.. big mistake.. I couldn't access the internet, it kept saying Cannot find server, or DNS error. I uninstalled 7.0 and it went back to 6.0 and then it wouldn't work either so I reinstalled 6.0 but it still won't work.. here is my Hijackthis log..
