hi,
I tried to send mail to another user like below:

mail -s "subject" name@ce.uml.edu
hi,
this is the body of the letter.
(. return )


and it returns dead.letter.. why? and i tried it with another unix system and the mail was just lost. Can anyone please tell me how to send mail to other users? Thanks a lot.

mail --help or is it sendmail --help
