List of emails sent has disappeared from "Sent" folder in Mail [OS10.2]. Inbox and Trash lists ok, emails can be sent and received but all messages including any new ones do not display in list under "sent" mailbox. Imac tries to sort colours of last message but never finishes, it is constantly trying to update list of messages sent and never gets to display them. the messages are still there but I can't see them.
How can I access the list?
Has the Sent mailbox reached it's limit- if so how can I edit it when it can't display them?
I've created a new Archive Sent folder and selected and moved all the hidden messages in the "Sent" mailbox but it can't regenerate the list to transfer them and gets stuck trying to "move 1 of 1300".
Any advice? - I can't afford to lose the messages I've sent!
