i want to know about data recovery software for corrupted file from windows vista how can i recover?

Lats month i suddenly system shutdown and after five minutes i can start PC & i was open my file but file not open and i see the dialoge box which say file was corrupted....

But this sis so important for me..

Suggest me effecient data recovery software
