Hi all

I bought Word 2003 and installed it on a computer that was pre installed with the trial version of 2007. I didnt want to uninstall the 2007 because it opens things I can't open in 2003. I use it as a viewer- but its not activated.

I need to download templates from the microsoft office site. Whenever I do, they automatically open in Word 2007; I can only view them, not use them in anyway. On the website there is only a DOWNLOAD button. I am not given the option to just download to a folder so that I can open it 2003. I guess 2007 is the default program, but I dont see it assigned anywhere or know how to stop it.

How about open your Word 2003 and then click Open to open the Word templates?
