Go to the uTorrent Home page,i think they have more info on your problem.I heard the program is being ( poked ) with a stick by the ISP's,to see if uTorrent will fight back.I deleted the program.I do not want the program to be randomly uploading the files that i once downloaded from uTorrent.It can slow down your system.If you live in Europe.Then you might be able to do as you like.
