I can`t download them on my network , i think my admin has blocked it , Is there anyway i can bypass it? Do u know which port does it use for torrent download,
I can download exact torrent files on another network ,

ask your admin! maybe he has it blocked for a reason

Go to the uTorrent Home page,i think they have more info on your problem.I heard the program is being ( poked ) with a stick by the ISP's,to see if uTorrent will fight back.I deleted the program.I do not want the program to be randomly uploading the files that i once downloaded from uTorrent.It can slow down your system.If you live in Europe.Then you might be able to do as you like.
