The guys in my unit have a speadsheet that they are constantly changing, upwards of 10 x's a day. Each line is numbered because it is used on a network between multiple offices, and it is color coded. As a line is deleted, is there a way to make excel autonumber whatever lines appear after the deleted line (obviouslyI understand that I would have to type a command to initiate this). I can't just drag the number field because of the color coding of each line. I was thinking to write some kind of macro, but I have very little experience writing macros, so I could definitely use some help. Thanks.
