I'm buying a new computer and I wanted to know what virus program to get. Should I buy Norton or use one of the free programs like Avista or AVG?

Hi, there is no need to by Norton IMO, you are just paying for somthing when you get somthing better for free (AVG). I would stick to AVG or ewido.
