restore deleted file

Hi,

I've erased file accidentally and I need to restore it by now. There is much soft now for that purpose, but I wish to use the most reliable one, as the file is important for me. What can you recommend? OS XP, NTFS

You can also try Kernel ntfs data recovery software. It restores every trace of data from ntfs partitions.

And if the file has been deleted from the recycle bin too then you can always trust deleted file recovery software which gets back files which are deleted with Shift+Delete command combination.
