friedom 0 Newbie Poster

Can anyone point me in the right direction here? I've got an old system running Windows Server 2003 in a small office with about ten users. The old server is being replaced by a brand new system and I want to migrate all of the old settings, users/accounts; Microsoft Exchange; etc. . . Is there a wizard to do all of this or will I have to manually set everything up again?
