I'm using bsnl dataone internet service and so is the client system.i'm being the admin and the host system is the remote one. While file transfer,the downloading mb charges will be for the admin or host??
if i'm tranfering a file from the host system to my admin system,does the bsnl downloading charges will be levied on me?? and what the vice versa?? file from my system to the host which i connected..
