Good day! I am a DSL subscriber, we have a problem regarding our connection. Every 20 mins the connection interrupt and after 10 mins it will get connected again. It is consistent all day long.

do you have a router between the modem and your computers? If so make sure the latest firmware is installed and let us know if that fixed it. If you don't know how to install the firmware let us know and someone will give you a hand.
