Hello Guys,

Anyone familiar with the Contact Center Solution? What's the difference between Call Center and Contact Center ?

I need to know how well it cover the following features:

-Monitoring agents activities

-Statistical Reports of the agent's performance.

I also searched on internet, I find this website, does anyone heard about them? Call Center Solution

Any advice, direction or suggestion will be appreciated.
